BCom Degree + Articles

Advanced knowledge of SAGE X3 advantageous, or minimum advanced knowledge of similar ERP system



Job Description:

Work closely with the Regional Finance Manager to ensure smooth operation of all finance matters.

Support the Finance Manager by maintaining accurate accounting records (A/R, A/P, and GL up to balance sheet level).

Review entries processed to accounts on a highly detailed level.

Ensure transactional allocations are to correct accounts, Business Units and Projects.

Monitor timely preparation of accounts payable/receivable.

Support month-end and year-end close process.

Overall responsibility for the accurate, timeous and complete preparation of all balance sheet reconciliations on a monthly basis.

Ensure quality control over financial transactions and financial reporting by reviewing work.
