Tourplan experience advantageousKEY OUTPUTS:Full responsibility for Tourplan transaction flows, accounting, reporting and internal controlsDebtors reconciliation, allocation, collection, reporting and escalation, as well as the full function month end processDaily finance queriesDebtors TeamAct as Finance liaison to the Sales, DMC, Commercial Teams, as well as the rest of the Finance team regarding any queries that may ariseAssist with Tourplan queriesManage Debtors BookReview SA and East Africa Debtors Age Analysis fortnightlyEscalate and resolve queriesPrepare debtors review meeting schedules and lead debtors review meetingsConduct monthly Debtors review with Sales and DMC Managers & Directors.
