Our client is a well known, leading and global courier company.

Role Objective:

To oversee and manage all General Ledger accounting functions, production of Financial Statements as well as the general management of the Finance Department plus providing support to the Financial Executive.

REQUIREMENTS:
?B.Com Accounting Degree. (CA qualification will receive preference).
?3 Years’ Financial Accounting / Commercial Experience with completed articles.
?Financial Accounting Experience in the Courier / Road Freight Industry will receive preference.
?Internal and external auditing experience.
?Good taxation knowledge (Income Tax, PAYE and Vat).
?Knowledge of accounting processes and packages and experience in maintaining accounting systems.
?Budgeting and forecasting experience.
?Highly computer literate with advanced Excel skills.
?Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
?Ability to work independently with strict adherence to deadlines.
?Supervisory experience.
?Proven track record.
