A Large Mining company is looking for a financial Accountant for their offices in Rosebank.

To be accountable for the general ledgers, financial accounting, forecasts and budgets of the various Upstream holding companies, along with all the governance and compliance matters.
To assist with the global consolidation and financial reporting of the group.

CA (SA) and 2 years post articles
Sound SAP experience (SAP JVA - wish)
Working knowledge of HFM and TM1 (Wish)
Sound knowledge of IFRS and relevant laws applicable to area of responsibility
Working knowledge of South African tax
Sound knowledge of MS Word/Excel
Good PowerPoint skills
