Looking for a Financial Accountant for Inbound Tour Company.
Knowledge and experience:
Bachelor’s degree in finance
Computer literate; Accpac for Windows, QuickBooks, advanced Excel is essential
A minimum of 3 years’ experience

Daily finance queries
Act as Finance liaison to the Sales, DMC, Commercial Teams, as well as the rest of the Finance team regarding any queries that may arise
Assist with Tourplan queries
Manage Debtors Book
Review Debtors Age Analysis Fortnightly
Month end checks as per checklist need to be completed on the 2nd working day of the new month (or as required)
All bank reconciliations to be checked and signed off, reconciling and suspense entries to be investigated
Tourplan closing to be done no later than the 3rd working day of each new month (or as required)
Tourplan Import, Macro and Tourplan Accpac recon to be completed on the same day that Tourplan is closed
Cash book: Weekly review of Bank reconciliations
Balance Sheet: Prepare and review balance sheet reconciliations (3 Companies)
Budgets: Prepare, Implement and maintain
Audit: participate intermediate/ year end audits, and internal reviews
