Qualification:

BComm Acc with SAIPA Articles completed



Skills & Experience:

1 or 2 years post article experience beneficial but not required

Communicates effectively in Afrikaans and English

MS Office

Pastel Partner

Pastel Sage One (beneficial)

Legal Suite (beneficial)

Easy-File

SARS e-Filing

VIP Payroll (beneficial)

CaseWare (essential)



Job Description:

Daily and monthly processing on Pastel.

Issuing of invoices.

Monthly reconciliations: PAYE, Bank, Petty Cash, VAT, Credit Cards.

Loading payments for suppliers and various other functions on bank accounts.

Completion and submission of Income Tax returns.

Submission of EMP201 and VAT201.

Loading payments of EMP201 and VAT201.

Manage salaries and commission on VIP (including bonuses, increases and leave).

Perform annual and bi-annual EMP 501 Reconciliation on SARS Easy-File.

Draft Annual Financial Statements on CaseWare to be reviewed by group Financial Manager.

Client liaison.
