A position has become available within a JSE listed group. I am seeking the skills of an individual who has worked in a larger commercial concern, preferably in the logistics industry. If problem solving, tackling any challenges head-on and finding great solutions is a key skill for you then you could be who I am looking for. This position is for BEE candidates only, and we need the profile of a BCom Hons and Articles, plus 5 years’ experience or more in a similar role.

BCom Accounting Honours – essential

Articles – beneficial



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role

SAP experience

Advanced Excel user



Job Description:

The incumbent will look after the general ledger, be responsible for everything up to trial balance and the balance sheet. All the reporting, management of the creditors and debtor’s clerks, including the recruitment and training of the team when required. There are other adhoc duties such as preparing quarterly forecasting of the budget as well as handling the tax side of the business among other duties.
