Financial Accountant
Job description, but not limited to:
Manage the financial planning and control function within the group.
Business support to division.
Drive operational budget / planning
Manage operational reporting to management (management accounts).
Debtors and creditors.
Pricing.
Manage costing.
Manage budget control and coordination.
Manager general ledger.
Manage assets (PPE) for division.
Managing company assets held within.
Qualifications:
Bcom degree (accounting).
4 Years accounting experience (preferably FMCG), with at least 5 years management experience.
Extensive knowledge of financial management concepts, principles and procedures.
Sound knowledge of the strategic planning process.
Extensive understanding of commercial management to ensure optimum return on investment.
Good insight into developments in the business world which could impact on the group.
Understanding relevant legislation.
Understanding alternative methods of financing, etc.
Computer and system knowledge (Word / Excel / SAP)
