FINANCIAL ACCOUNTANT (AGRICULTURAL SECTOR), Randfontein
Requirements:
B Degree in Accounting with articles completed - essential
Afrikaans first language due to the nature of the business - essential
Resident on the West Rand
Approx. 5 years experience including articles. Experience in the private sector, if possible agriculture.
High energy levels, hungry to learn and grow, enthusiasm, outgoing, helpful with excellent communication skills in both Afrikaans and English
Compliance, accuracy and attention to detail most important
Computer literate (Pastel would be ideal) with Advanced Excel skills

Responsible for full salaries function (payroll / files / Queries for approx. 50 staff on Paywell system)
All Statutory reporting and returns (SARS / SETA / EMPLOYMENT EQUITY / STATS S A
Year end support with annual audit
Budgets - management against actuals - monthly
All bank reconciliations
Recons of Intercompany loans
Maintain Asset Register
Petty Cash
Month end procedures / Reconciliations and balancing of control accounts
Management and reporting of fleet cards
Cash flow management - daily
