This Manufacturing Client seeks a CA (SA) or CIMA Candidate to take up the Financial Accountant role as the head of financial accounting of the Business Unit. This position is directly responsible for managing the financial accounting department at the various operations and the financial reporting for the Business Unit. Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare and finalise income statement and balance sheet for the business unit. Compile, analyse and report on weekly profit flash report. Compile feasibility studies for capital expenditure projects where necessary. Prepare analysis of working capital. Assist with year-end requirements such as stock takes, general ledger reconciliations and ad hoc duties. Overall responsible for financial systems, controls and corporate governance.
