Core Job functions
1. Managing financial and accounting aspects of the company
• Prepare the monthly VAT reconciliation
• Prepare commissions reconciliation
• Assisting with annual audit
• Reconciling all reports
• Other relevant duties
2. Managing & maintaining HansaWorld ERP system integration
• Coordinate existing development requests with development team
• Test new updates before implementation
• Train staff members on ERP updates
• Assist with contract reconciliation
3. Prepare credit notes
4. Monitoring and managing handed-to-legal clients
• Prepare the legal file for the internal/external legal team
• Maintain an accurate record of clients history and current status; suggest action
• Liaise with credit management and internal accounts team
5. Manage debtors- and suppliers age analysis
6. Monitoring data capturing responsibilities
7. Monitoring and actioning accounts mailbox
8. Introduce and maintain company-wide processes
9. Take on wider responsibilities

Ideal candidate:
? Relevant tertiary qualification a necessity. (BCom will be advantageous).
? Minimum 2-5 years’ working experience in the financial environment
? Proficient in Excel

Remuneration package:
? R14,000 – R16,000 per month & benefits based on experience and expertise
