The following positions is available in Midrand in the Gauteng Region.

REQUIREMENTS
• Post-matric administrative or financial qualification (will be verified)
• Valid SA matric (will be verified)
• Clear criminal and credit record
• Computer literate, i.e. MS Office, specifically Word, Excel and Outlook
• Knowledge & experience of Warehouse systems (Accellos is beneficial)
• Knowledge & experience of ISO Management systems
• Above average communication skills – verbal and written
• Proven supervisory skills
• Ability to work under pressure and to set deadlines, utilizing time management skills

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
• Control over annual financial & operational budgets
• Control of all documentation related to receipt/storage/issue of customer product
• Control of cash handled at branch level
• Control of annual service rate adjustments
• Control of computerized Warehouse system & quotations
• Control of purchases & processing of all related documentation
• Control of invoicing, Debtors’ administration & collections
• Control of all Bond book related documentation & entries
• Keeping of various statistics and preparation of monthly reports
• Control of staff related functions, documentation & input for weekly & monthly payrolls
• Responsible for training & development of staff in department
• Designated Management representative of the Company’s Management system
• Customer liaison, including determining needs (contract review) and service satisfaction
