A prominent Marketing and Management Consultancy in Somerset West is seeking a professional Financial Administrator to join their dynamic team.
The company provides a range of specialised marketing, media and training services to leading businesses all over South Africa targeting Professional Services Marketing. They assist clients to implement creative, cost-effective & result-oriented strategies to maintain & grow their firms.
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Administer Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable
• Process invoices
• Administer day-to-day finances
• Prepare monthly accounting reconciliations
• Administer credit control/debt collection
• Ensure financial controls are adhered to
• Assist in preparation of year-end audit
• With the Finance Director, improve financial controls within the organisation
• Undertake any other duties as requested by the Director of Finance
Minimum requirements:
• Matric
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification required
Software requirements:
• Fully computer literate
• Intermediate Word and Outlook Skills
• Advanced MS Excel Skills
• Advanced Pastel Skills
Soft Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills
• Able to work effectively in a team
• Good time management skills
• Strong administration skills
• Attention to detail
