We are recruiting for a member of the finance team to assist with the administration of the financial requirements:
The Role:
• Capture large volumes of invoices and debt collection in accordance with company policy.
• Weekly reporting of outstanding debtors and problem debtors.
• Liaising with clients with invoice queries.
• Maintain accurate records of invoices captured.
• Recording receipts of Debtors and report to relevant departments.
• Assist Supervisor with Ad hoc reporting.
• Capture of creditors on the system and reconciling thereof
• Prepare weekly pay runs and other ad hoc creditor functions

Qualifications and Skills:
• Solid experience of working in an administrative position and bookkeeping to trial balance
• Tertiary financial qualification completed
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Confident in the use of MS Office, particularly Excel and Outlook.
• Good understanding and ability to speak and write English and Afrikaans.
• The ability to work independent as well as in a group.
• Attention to detail and be able to meet strict deadlines
• Be able to cope with large number of clients and data
