We are extending an opportunity to start your own business as a Financial Adviser. Your business is completely independent, we do not dictate how you manage, maintain, control or direct your business (Excluding Industry legislation). We are the solution in form of training, support and accreditation. Our mission is to train, mentor and educate – this will result in new professional Financial Adviser’s leading our business as well as your own to great success.

Description of role:

As a Financial Adviser you have several specialized products that range from three distinct categories’ which includes Risk (Insurance products), Investments and Corporate. We do not sell a specific product, we use our vast range of products in order to present a Financial Plan based on the client’s needs and affordability. The client is our Industry's central focus! We meet, educate and build new relationships with clients on a daily basis. Your business will be the bond and promise between client and provider.

How long is the recruitment process?

My interview process is split into two appointments; your first appointment/interview with me will be a general discussion on this career. I will discuss and elaborate all you need to know in order for you to make the decision if this is career you wish you undertake.

Your second interview will be in form of a Panel, I will be present along with your Branch Mentor/Leader. This will be a formal interview and the success of your application will be dependent on a positive outcome. This process can demand 4-7 working days, this include the days in between the two appointments for your planning and preparation.

When will I know if my application was successful?

You will be contacted the very next working day after your Panel Interview.

The Commission Structure

Your remuneration/commission structure is ambitious and complex as your earnings depend on what product is sold as well as the quality and term of the business done, most importantly the retention of the client. With regards to this structure and your first meeting with me: We will have a transparent discussion, all information will be presented for clear understanding.
