Financial Planner/Broker Consultant (Gauteng)
A young, dynamic, performance driven Investment Holding Company is seeking financial planners/broker consultants with excellent sales skills and superb people skills.

Experience
Ideal candidate
FAIS accredited
NQF level 6
Must have 60 credits
Completion of RE 5
Excellent sales experience
Solid experience as a financial planner with a good record of reaching and maintaining targets
Insurance background would be preferred

Should you not have the above qualifications and experience but are an EXCELLENT sales person with OUTSTANDING people skills:
The company is willing to train you and supervise you during the two year period available to you to obtain your FAIS accreditation, credits, RE5, and NQF level 6.
You will be expected to perform to the all relevant KPIs just as the ideal candidates
There will be a package adjustment due to lack of experience. This is indicated below.

The recruitment process will consist of psychometric testing and 2 formal interviews.

Ideal Candidate Package: R 20 000 basic salary per month + market related commission. Basic salary is provided for only 6 months till commission exceeds basic salary. No benefits, cell phone or car is provided.
