FINANCIAL ADVISOR

Our client, a well-established financial firm with branches across South Africa, has the following exciting career opportunity in the Western Cape. The successful candidate for the above position is an excellent communicator (fully bilingual), with strong interpersonal and leadership skills who can work accurately and under pressure. A relevant qualification (B.Comm/B Compt) and ± 2 years’ experience in the insurance industry are prerequisites for this position. Computer literacy will be a further requirement while experience in financial systems and related legislation will be to the candidate’s advantage.

The successful applicant is responsible for: * build and maintain client base * advising clients regarding life and investment products * advising clients on their financial needs * develop and present recommendations to clients * referring clients to other financial services * assurance quotes and comparisons * monitor and review plan on a regular basis.
