Minimum Requirements
* Strong level of computer literacy (including MS Office) to interface with multi-system technology
* Clear credit and criminal record
* Own vehicle
* Willingness to travel
* An ambitious attitude
* Valid Driver’s License
* Matric Certificate
* Tax Number
* Positive contactable references
Additional fast track requirements for experienced advisers
* Previous insurance and/or investment experience
* Relevant industry credits (Post Graduate credits related to finance and management acceptable)
* RE qualifications will be beneficial and fast track you to success
* Experience as a Financial Adviser or Sales Consultant in the insurance industry
* Previous experience in finance, business management, account management, customer service, banking or sales will be an added advantage
* A strong insurance/investment product sales track record

Sales/ Productivity
* Sells Sanlam products and services face-to-face
* Achievement of sales targets and objectives within tight business disciplines and processes
* Ensures compliance to process & procedures to minimize business risk
* Working towards achievement of sales targets within a diverse team
* Quality management of ALL outputs, with the customer in mind
* Optimal operational efficiency must be maintained
* Adapt and change to fit in with changing business operational requirements
Financial Advice
* Identify customer unique financial requirements
* Provides advice to the customer face-to-face or telephonically
* Ensure ongoing customer management and engagement
* The provision of qualified financial solutions derived from detailed analysis of clients’ needs
* The use of appropriate applications and technology in a professional, client-centric manner
Continuous Learning
* Managing information regarding new products, rate changes, rulings, training updates etc.
* Keep abreast of developments and trends in the Individual Life Industry – self learning
* Adhere to industry minimum requirements and qualifications
R11000-00 induction for 2 months then pure commission. A very lucrative bonus structure is available to all advisors.
