This position is situated in Gauteng and surrounding areas and in this role you will form part of a team of Financial Advisers, reporting to a dedicated Development Manager.

The nature of this job is to assist customers in the Middle/ Upper Income Market in Gauteng with achieving their lifetime goals, by providing advice and recommending appropriate financial solutions. This entails the following activities;

• Generate own leads and prospects
• Set up individual meetings with prospective clients
• Identify the client’s personal financial goals. We start by understanding the clients desired future and what is getting in the way of achieving their goals
• Analyse the client’s personal financial position to identify actions to be taken. Our advice must be clear and simple so people feel in control of their finances and excited about their future.
• Create a financial action plan, recommending suitable financial actions and products to be considered. We guide our clients and outline the tangible steps towards their goals.
• Implementing action plans by recommending appropriate financial solutions. The plan should first address the challenge of today through expense management.
• Delivering post sales care by regularly reviewing the customer’s financial portfolios


A dedicated development manager will assist you with developing your business skills, establishing and growing your practice.

Minimum requirements
• Senior certificate (matric)
• Degree: B Com or marketing (advantageous)
• Previous work experience (4+ years/ industry experience advantageous)
• Computer literate
• Industry Fit and Proper related Compliance/ Legislative requirements
• Clear credit and criminal record
• Own vehicle
• Willingness to travel locally
• Valid Driver’s Licence
