Financial Analyst (Supply Chain)

Our Client, a leading e-commerce and logistics company is looking for a highly talented, motivated Financial Analyst to join their team in Cape Town.
The position reports to the Head of Finance.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Preparing Budgets and Presentation Packs
• Prepares monthly cost centre reports (Actual vs. Budget) and distribute to stakeholders. Reporting on variances, performance indicators, trends
and financial ratios and then making recommendations for improvements.
• Compiles weekly info for Reporting
• Monitor third party courier costs, investigate variances and discuss with service providers.
• Implement Fleet Reporting
• Perform valuations on Courier partners
• Collect, analyse and report on the financial performance
• Perform financial modelling on new delivery initiatives, fleet expansion and new business models.
• Oversee financial processes at implementation of new business models.
• Assist partners with financial enquiries.

Qualifications:
• Recently qualified B.Com (Hons) / B. Com (Logistics) / CIMA
• Advanced Excel
• Basic knowledge of Pastel Evolution knowledge would be beneficial.
