A market leader within the Financial Services industry requires the expertise of a Financial Analyst with strong Management Information Systems experience to come onboard and act as the crucial link between Finance and other Business Units within the business. The ideal candidate will hold an IT / or Commerce Degree, or will be a fully qualified CA (SA) or CIMA member. Please note that this is NOT a pure IT position but forms an exciting combination between Information Systems and Finance with specific focus on budgeting, forecasting and planning processes. This position will give preference to previously disadvantaged individuals with emphasis on Affirmative Action.

CA (SA) or ACMA

Strong systems
QlickView – preferable
JDE – preferable
Advanced Excel
Financial Services industry knowledge
Knowledge of Information Systems such as Business Objects / BI

Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to assist with the development of financial information and to analyze such information, in order to provide the various subsidiaries and business units with decision-making, to report on any anomalies that might indicate fraudulent activity and to assist with budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis.
