Qualification:

BCom Hons or CIMA



Skills & Experience:

Minimum 5 years finance or general accounting experience

Strong business acumen

Knowledge and experience in both Manufacturing and Engineering required

Must have managed before and possess strong leadership skills

Automotive industry knowledge is advantageous

Exposure to standard cost practices is a plus

Superior communication skills and excellent command of the English language



Job Description:

Responsible for all general ledger accounting procedures.

Assist with the daily banking operations, this includes the banking report.

Familiarize yourself with all procedures and implement changes or automation where necessary.

Interact with all the various departments throughout the organization to assist with their decision making and maintain the proper accounting procedures.

Preparation of financial statement analysis and troubleshooting.

Perform ad-hoc duties on occasion.
