nternational leader in the Automotive industry requires a qualified and passionate Group After Sales Financial Analyst to be based at their Centurion distribution office.
The Financial Analyst role is responsible effective planning, co-ordination, analysis and interpretation of strategic and financial inputs received from business units within the National Sales Organisation (NSO). It supports the achievement of local and international reporting deadlines and NSO Finance Controlling objectives

KPI’s Include

Preparation of daily, monthly and annual financial and management accounting reports. Ensure provision of timely, accurate and reliable reports to Group Parts, NSO Controlling and Finance Division management.
Preparation of monthly financial reports for the NSO brands
Co-ordinating the preparation of the monthly Group Aftersales flash and finance review presentation for review and presentation by the Financial Controller.
Assisting the Group Aftersales Finance Controller in reviewing, recommending and documenting financial controls of the Group Parts department.
Preparation of the BOM KPI reports and ensuring that all key performance indicators are measured accurately and provide management with accurate and reliable information.
Monitoring and obtaining full understanding of all cost variances relating to Budget/Forecast.
Assisting the Financial Controller with implementation of recommendations to optimise revenue/costs and improve cost control.
Reviewing monthly stock reconciliations and the flash (Group Parts Monthly Financial Results).
Supporting the Financial Controller in the preparation of strategic projects that will achieve key strategic objectives set by the division and undertake strategic projects that have a financial impact on the organisation
Developing and preparing of all Budget/Planning Round information/ related documentation.
Minimum Requirements

A post-graduate qualification/ Honours degree in Finance/ Accounting/ Business Management will be preferred
Must have a minimum of 3 – 5 Years financial experience in motor or related industry.
Must be proficiency with comprehensive knowledge of SAP, Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Sound understanding of financial principles.
Analytically minded with the ability and inclination to work accurately with financial detail Ability to listen and communicate effectively at all levels
Well-developed interpersonal skills
Be innovative, resourceful and action-orientated
Ability to work on own initiative and take accountability for own actions
A team player, yet be able to work and manage own output independently to meet high quality standards
Ability to work effectively under pressure to meet set deadlines
