FINANCIAL AND ADMINISTRATOR CONTROLLER REQUIRED IN MPUMALANGA

Requirements:

  • Degree/Diploma a must 
  • 3 years’ experience in a Similar Position within the Hospitality Industry
  • Allocation and posting of all debtors payments 
  • Month-end workbooks (Accounts and Payroll)
  • Ensure that all payments received for advance deposits and guest payments are allocated and posted onto PMS accordingly
  • Ensure that all payments received for advance deposits and guest payments are allocated and posted onto PMS accordingly
  • Complete all Weekly banking
  • Ensure that all department invoices are batched correctly 
  • Maintains and controls the Petty Cash float
  • Ensure PMS monthly gratuities are correctly allocated, summarized and forwarded to the Payroll Office at month end
  • Clean and ensure all Administration equipment as well as all work areas are in good order, to ensure compliance with OHSA regulation
  • Adhering all company procedures and disciplinary code
  • Manage and control Stationary orders
  • Filing and administration of Personnel Files, leave applications and staff rosters
  • Ensure all Staff permits and access cards are valid and renewed when required
  • Excellent Written and Verbal Communication skills

Applicant must reside in MPUMALANGA or surrounding area.
