Qualification Requirements:
Minimum MatricPreferably a Tertiary Finance / Bookkeeping qualification
Other Skills and Necessary Experience:
General accounting and creditors experienceKnowledge of Accpac accounting software (AP/CB/GL) and any other accounting related packageKnowledge of OperaKnowledge of Microsoft OfficeExcellent administrative skillsExcellent communication abilities and interpersonal skillsAble to work independently, under pressure and meet deadlines
Duties and Responsibilities
Process creditors invoices. Process cashbook and miscellaneous payments.Importing of invoices from sub-systems.Creditors reconciliation and payments.Handling all related queries.Filing and archiving.Assist with any other duties as requested by your immediate Supervisor or Manager.
