Our client a professional service concern is looking for a Creditors Clerk / Financial Clerk with 2-3 years’ experience, that works with SAGE PASTEL.

Min Requirements
Matric
A Financial Diploma would be an advantage
2-3 years’ experience as a Creditors Clerk – Financial Assistant
Computer literate - Good level of competence in excel, Word and Outlook
Good communication and listening skills
Good organisational skills used in planning own work
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Responsibilities
Creditors Reconciliation - Full control
Petty cash recons, Recons of all Credit cards
Check supplier invoices - - Invoice requirements
Capturing of supplier invoices
Filing - HR Staff Register
Sending off Invoice pack to clients
