Position: Financial Assistant – Junior Accountant
Type: Permanent
Location: Port Elizabeth
Remuneration: R20,000 to R25,000 + Benefits: Commensurate with Experience and Qualifications

Requirements:
• Degree/Diploma in Financial Accounting
• Knowledge of GAAP and IFRS
• 5 Years’ Experience in accounting/bookkeeping to trial balance
• Extensive Microsoft Excel knowledge and experience and ERP system
• Understand and action financial statements
• Own transport
• Willing to work overtime if required

Responsibilities:
• The position reports to the Financial Manager and as such will act as an assistant to the financial manager
• Assist in financial control and process implementation
• Assist with internal audits and offer strategic support to other departments

Recent Head shot (Photograph) needs to be supplied
