Requirements:
• Completed Grade 12
• Completed financial qualification
• Min of 2 years' experience in bookkeeping/ financial assistant tasks
• Experience of Pastel Accounting
• MS Office & strong Excel skills
• SARS e-filing exp is beneficial
• Payprop exp is beneficial
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Able to work at a fast pace & be highly organized
• Ability to multitask
• Willing to learn
• Able to keep to deadlines

Duties
• Processing of books up to trial balance
• Full debtor’s & creditor’s experience
• Assist Financial manager with various tasks
• Deal with petty cash
• Assist with statutory tasks
• Admin and filing
• Banking duties
• Other financial tasks as required by the manager
