We are an exciting and fast growing online accommodation website, that specialise in self-catering, villa, guest houses and BnB accommodation.

Job description
Assisting with monthly management accounts (income statement, balance sheet, cash flow).
Paying suppliers (daily)
Payroll on SimplePay- calculating commission, monthly incentives.
Reconciling of all accounts received (verifying guest payments for bookings).
Reconciling of all accounts payable
Reconciling of balance sheet accounts.
Reconciling the bank accounts.
Reconciling of debtors and creditors.
Reconciling and balancing of current accounts.
Creating / Capturing of invoices on Xero.
Depreciation and inventory checks.- Assisting with Year end and audit packs.
Assisting our clients with payment queries.
Processing refunds.
Processing foreign payments.

Requirements
2 years min book keeping experience which includes Invoicing (preferably in Xero), Payroll, Recons, PAYE, EMP201 and Management Accounts.
Strong track record.
Dependable and reliable
Good attention to detail.
General knowledge of Accounting.
Tech savvy, preference to digitize.
General admin and filing
Independent.
Self-motivated.
Hard working and willing to go the extra mile.

Customer service and travel and tourism industry experience is advantageous.
Salary is between R10 - R13 000, based on experience.
