Matric essentialSouth-African citizenExperience in a financial environment essential - preferably hospitalityPastel experience essentialTertiary Financial qualification Accounting / Bookkeeping diploma / Degree would be an advantageExcellent computer literacy
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Process all Materials Control transfers daily

Capture and publish daily revenue report

Capture and publish daily budgets report

Capture and publish daily running cost of sales

Capture and publish void report daily

Process the revenue recon on a daily basis

Capture stock sheets for weekly counts and month end counts.

Ensure that all credit card machines are banked daily

Prepare month end cost reports for analyses by HOD’s

Prepare monthly reconciliations

Loading of food & beverage menu items on POS system

Loading of beverage recipes on Micros

Linking of beverage items & recipes for stock depletion within inventory system

Reconcile total food purchases for the month

Reconcile food & beverage costs

Perform any other special duties as requested from time to time by Management
