Our client is part of a Global group of companies and has launched a branch in South Africa. In order to support the launch of this new company, we are looking for a Financial Controller to assist our clients Purchasing, Supply Chain and Marketing department based in Johannesburg.

Purpose of the role

Creating value by developing financial knowledge of the team
Manage financial reporting of the total value chain ( from products to customers)
Management of the objective construction
By animating the quality of data on products and customers
Animation of the negotiation
Follow up of budgets

Profile

The successful candidate should have the following skills, experience and attributes:
Business degree in Accounting and Finance
Minimum 5 years of experience at a managerial level
Retail experience is a must
Solid understanding of payment of suppliers and/or cash line consolidation
Basic knowledge of Oracle System is a Must
Financial modelling experience
Analytical
Attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge and involvement in the process of management control
Willing to help the team
