Position: Financial Controller
Location: Stellenbosch Financial Controller
Salary: Between R15 000.00 – R20 000.00 Total Cost to Company (Attractive company benefits including Provident fund with death/ disability cover and contribution to optional Medical Aid.

Key Requirements:
NQF Level 4 –Matric (Grade 12)
B.comm Financial degree
3 years’ experience
Advanced Excel required , Pivot Tables, V – look up & Great Plans ( Must Have)

Competencies:
Competent financial modeling skills in Excel.
Should be good at multi-tasking
Strong analytical skills.
Attention to detail
Ability to work effectively in team environment.

Key Performance Areas
Daily Cash flow / Provisions
Update daily Payments
Prepare weekly payments
Petty cash and Banking
Daily handling of petty cash and all banking requirements
In depth reconciliation of expenses with fleet card reports
Stock
Management of stock
Journals
General Ledger transactions
Bank reconciliations, Creditor Recons, Control Accounts, Staff Loans, Expense Accounts, Inter Company Loans
Fixed Asset register
Update and reconcile
Capture of Data on Great Plains Dynamics
Payments, invoices, debit orders, expenses, journals, etc.
Keep record of all lease and supplier agreements, staff records, SARS documentation, etc.
Experience with Offshore Company
