Qualification, Skills & Experience:
BCom Accounting
Completed SAIPA/SAICA Articles
Good Excel skills (advanced)
Pastel experience - must be able to import and export data
Project accounting
Debtors management

Job Description:
Prepare weekly and monthly pay run
Review payments
Identify validity of payments
Identify cost saving opportunities
Distribute monthly management reports to management by the 15th each month for all entities
Implement reporting against budgets
Ensure month end reconciliation is completed
Manage successful year end audits
Ensure all monthly / bi-monthly / annual returns are submitted on time
Handle any queries
Ensure prompt payment of suppliers in line with company policies
All supplier queries dealt with to avoid legal action
Effective and quick collections of debtors
