We are on the lookout for a highly accomplished Financial Controller who has extensive experience in managing a large team. Working as part of the finance team, you will lead 20 or more individuals, majority of them will be CA’s. This role entails you to oversee full financial function within the Africa and Middle East businesses. This position requires a professional with phenomenal analytical skills who can implement finance processes with ease.



Qualification:

CA (SA) 4+ years' commercial experience

Job Description:

In this role, you will be responsible for full financial function of six legal entities and three branches, which require the following duties:

Preparation and submission of quarterly forecasts and annual budgets, weekly flash figures, tax submissions and payments.

Manage all financial reporting.

Ad hoc projects.

Ensuring tax compliance.

Ensuring compliance with Corporate Governance and Finance Manuals.

Manage annual external audits.

Review of payrolls, payments, reconciliations and month-end audit files.
