10 years post articles experience as a Financial Director – essential



Skills & Experience:

Must have managed people within the finance department for a good 5 years

Tax knowledge

SAP ERP system knowledge and experience

Technical Accounting knowledge

Strong leadership skills

Strong analytical skills

A self-starter that doesn’t need to be micro-managed



Job Description:

Developing the Financial policies, procedures and processes in line with the current legislation and ensure overall compliance thereof.

Management of Financial and Administration departments.

Responsible for the co-ordination of monthly and annual financial, management and statutory reporting.

Responsible for the co-ordination of the annual budget process and quarterly forecasts.

Assume overall responsibility for tax management and compliance, as well as Customs.

Assume overall responsibility for compliance relating to Corporate governance including internal controls.

You will need to monitor the overall BBBEE scorecard status.

Management of overall Working Capital and Cash flow.
