Marketing company in Johannesburg is seeking a Financial/HR Manager. Must be between the ages of 25 – 35 years. Salary negotiable depending on experience. Successful candidate must meet the following requirements.
Financial Duties:
• Must have previous financial experience.
• Must know the Pastel System to do Invoicing, Credit Notes, General Ledger, Trail Balance, etc
• Monitoring the bank on a daily basis.
• Handling of Petty Cash.
• PAYE, VAT, UIF payments, petrol claims, loading suppliers and upkeeping of spreadsheets, etc.
• Monthly journal entries for the credit card, petty cash, PAYE, SDL and UIF.
HR Duties:
• Drafting offers of employments
• Monitoring of leave
• Payroll
• Drafting warning letters, and dealing with LabourNet
• Generating and sending of UI-19’s
• Keeping Employment files up to date.
General office duties, online work, assisting with sales and target spreadsheets when need to.
