Roles and Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Financial Consumer Education Programmes;
• Submit weekly schedules, feedback report per session, registers and photos to the project administrator;
• Co-facilitate sessions;
• Attend scheduled Facilitator training workshops; and
• Be a representative of Zizi Institute
Requirements:
• Basic knowledge of Financial Consumer Education
• Previous experience facilitating youth educational programmes
• Be between the ages of 18-35
• Be based in North West (Kgabalatsane), Mpumalanga (Nelspruit), Gauteng, Port Elizabeth and Cape Town
• Facilitators must be fluent in English; and in either of these languages: SeTswana, IsiSwati, SeSotho, SePedi, IsiXhosa and Afrikaans
• Have a clear criminal record
• Be charismatic: approachable, bubbly and fun
• Be adaptable to change or different settings
• Has attended the train-the-trainer training
• Education level beyond matric (3 year qualification/ equivalent)
• Be an ETDP registered assessor
• Own transportation will be an added advantage.
