Purpose of the Job
As an experienced management consultant, you will be responsible for defining and delivering tangible value based solutions to complex client environments. You will be required to work in a dynamic and high pressure client environment and deliver impactful solutions.
Requirements
? Minimum 3 years consulting experience
? Relevant tertiary degree (business related) CA or similar
? Data analytics experience
? Strong creative problem-solving and organizational skills
? Excellent communications and interpersonal skills (fluency in English is essential)
? Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy
? Clearly articulate value and demonstrate how solutions map to a clients’ need
? Own car and a valid driver’s license Advantageous
? Consulting experience

Responsibilities
? Analyze, define and develop solutions challenging client environment
? Define and deliver projects with quantifiable value added
? Review of actual performance against targets with detailed variance analysis, communication of impact of variances and trends
? Support project team in identifying potential savings levers, cost optimization strategies
? Perform analysis on large corporate budgets/ financial statements, setting financial targets and making recommendations
? Use of business frameworks and principles in structuring outputs
? Establish metrics and measurements to track, assess and report on saving opportunities
? Engage with key stakeholders
? Effectively manage work stream and deliver quantifiable impact
