In depth Financial Management and Financial Accounting
Manage 2 direct reports
Monthly exco reporting
Board committee reporting
Audit management and reporting
Strong Financial Operations component
Must be willing to learn their financial models (in terms of sales and cessions) as it is unique in terms of VAT (SARS does not have anything in place governing it and they are in the process of getting something in place)
Have to be able to get their hands dirty from reporting to the CFO right through to getting on a chair to change a light bulb
Good all-rounder who loves to be involved in everything and anything
