A reputable agricultural concern is currently recruiting for a Financial Manager / CFO - CA (SA) for their operation near Villiersdorp. The successful incumbent must have experience operating at a strategic level, and be a strong manager.

Qualification:

• (CA) SA

Experience:

• Minimum 3 years of post article, progressively responsible financial management experience, of which 2 years in a management role 
• Managing of risk and investment
• Experience within a farming or similar industry environment
• Inventory and cost management accounting
• Capital budgeting and operational forecasting
• Board interaction and corporate governance best practice

Knowledge:

• Computer knowledge, specifically MS Excel and Accpac Accounting (preferably)
• In depth knowledge of the Companies Act and corporate governance
• Knowledge of fruit industry (preferably)
• Good working knowledge of corporate law and tax legislation
