Financial Manager (Manufacturing Industry)

SAP Specialist
Our client is in the Heavy Engineering Manufacturing Industry and Is looking for Financial Manager. Must have Manufacturing and SAP experience non negotiable
The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing and interpreting monthly and annual financial statements accurately.
Candidate must ensure that management is provided with the necessary management information to correct matters which have deviated from planned course of action, including ensuring that the operation’s results, assets and liabilities are reflected correctly and accurately.
Candidate must have the ability to perform financial and cost controls, forecast and budget, human capital development, asset management (ROAM), strategic planning, manage operations and special assignments.
Manage the Finance Team, Report DIRECTLY to FD, Good knowledge of Tax
The candidate must have a grade 12 certificate, a recognized professional qualification
Post qualification experience within a MANUFACTURING Company. (Complex component manufacturing) NOT NEGOTIABLEcovering all disciplines i.e. Sales, Tendering, Quotations, Project management, Engineering, Buying and Stores, Works – manufacturing, Finance and Costing and after sales services.
Candidate must be assertive, communicate well, flexible, analytical, systematic, customer focused, pay attention to detail, leadership, judgement, resilient, ethical, responsible and accountable.
SAP FINANCIAL MODULES REQUIRED.
FI – finance, CO – Costing or Controlling, MM – Material Management, SD – Sales and Distribution, PM – Plant Maintenance, PP – Production Planning. PMS – Project Management.
