Job Description

Create quarterly and monthly reports including analysis and comments and follow up thereof
Direct Corp. Tax returns, PAYE, VAT and IR returns
To partner in the business with analysis of investments and strategic initiatives.
Train and manage finance teams
Supervise the external audits
Assist the business with investment initiatives
Liaise with respective advisors, bankers and shareholders with regards to finance
Ensure insurance program is maintained, specifically the export risk
Create and maintain hedging strategies on contracts
Assist commercial teams with regards to notably tax, bank guarantees and financial matters during bidding processes
Respond to any queries from Head Office
Ensure the company adheres to legalities and responsible for Corporate Law Matters
Check up on orders and ensure Gross Margin is completed correctly
Check up on warehouse inventory
Supervise business planning, forecasts and budgets
Create and maintain project reports and management systems
Follow up on productive hours
Create and maintain all accounts and statements and administrative agreements
Oversee that correct revenue is recognised
BEE transformation
Ensure company policies are adhered to constantly

Minimum Requirements

Financial Accounting Degree
Qualified Accountant ACCA/CIMA/ACA
5 - 8 years’exp. Within a financial management position
2 - 3 yrs + years’ reporting experience / cost analysis
SAP
Exp. in manufacturing costs / project analysis
Must have a valid driver’s license
