Responsibilities:
Responsible for the full financial reporting function for branch
Responsible for the integrity of all reporting/information in the branch
Track expenses and sales against budget, and make recommendations as required
Analyse expenses and sales against budget, making sure all departments are aware of how they are tracking
Fully responsible for the debtors and creditors function in the branch
Responsible for putting together the annual budget for presentation and approval
Preparation and overall responsibility for year-end audit process and reporting
Present monthly financial reviews to the Regional Management
Ensure all management information is filed, updated and readily available as required
Ensure payroll information is accurate and submitted timeously
Responsible for stock takes by planning, overseeing and managing the count process teams
Responsible for the IT environment in the branch.

Requirements:
Formal financial qualification at degree level (such as a B.Com Accounting)
Experience at supervisory or managerial level, within a financial department in an FMCG environment
Sound IT skills
