Job Description:
Preparation of financial statements and audit packs.
Review sub-group tax calculations and returns.
Prepare budgets and forecasts, and financial reports for management.
Oversee and controlling of monthly payments to all suppliers and service providers.
Understanding and monitoring Service Level Agreements (SLA) that have been negotiated and ensure payments are in line with the agreed costs and services.
Full control and management of credit processes.
Effective financial reporting and administration service delivery.
Manage Asset register.
Ensure appropriate management and financial accounting practices are adhered to.
Prepare information for project updates and other ad hoc financial reporting information, ensuring correctness, accuracy and timeliness of financial reporting.
Ensure the sound financial control of the company, and the on-going operations of the projects.
Manage the companies insurance by ensuring the assets are suitably insured and renewals are done in line with Group policy.

Minimum Requirements:
Must be a qualified Chartered Accountant
Minimum of 3-5 years' Post-Articles experience
Registered with a commendable and Industry-related Professional Body
Literate on Pastel / Sage
Attention to detail
Must have knowledge of dealing with forex payments (essential)
Able to interact with people across all levels
Fluent in both English and Afrikaans
Must have a driver's license
