MINIMUM CRITERIA
? Financial / accounting degree (B. Accounting or similar) Must be completed
? At least 3-5 years’ experience as financial manager or similar position
? Candidate must have construction, property development and facilities management background
? Computer literate in MS Office, advanced Excel & Pastel accounting (non-negotiable)

FINANCIAL DUTIES
? Accounting according to company policies and procedures
? Pastel accounting
? Pastel Payroll management
? Asset and inventory management
? Complete all monthly and annual statutory returns
? Bank reconciliations and liaising with bank
? Financial management reporting and financial information systems.
? Management of debtors and creditors
? Budgeting & monthly reporting
? Taxation (income tax, provisional tax, PAYE, VAT, etc.)
? Prepare annual financial statements (balance sheet) & assist with annual external audit
