Financial Manager

Key responsibilities
• Preparation of financial information (including Annual Financial Statements)
• Ensuring that there is adequate internal control over the accounting and regulatory activities of the partner companies & clients
• Overseeing the timely preparation of monthly management accounts
• Assisting with the coordination of annual audits
• Budgets and Forecasts
• Variance analysis
• Financial modelling
• Governance and risk management
• Interacting with a wide variety of company stakeholders

Desired Skills and Experience

Qualifications & Experience:
• Newly qualified CA(SA)
• Big 4 articles preferable
• Advanced MS Excel
