We are looking for a suitably qualified and experienced individual to join the dynamic, fast-growing Transport Division in Durban.

Review all balance sheet accounts and the related General ledger recons.
Review of recons for Capexes not yet completed.
Review of Payroll Costing reports for the Division
Continuous review and update of finance processes for improvements and changes in the business
Assessing credit risk
Manage employee behavior and ensure corrective & progressive discipline is applied where necessary.
Motivate staff and coordinate departmental functions.

Staff training and development.
Source and introduce, where possible, best practice to ensure a competitive advantage.
Ensuring all claims are thoroughly investigated, acted upon and settled timeously.
