A large and well established hotel in the North West is looking for a Financial Manager Main Responsibilities Fiduciary responsibility for the safekeeping and use of all funds and assets of the company as well as planning and managing the systems of Financial, Hotel and Casino Accounting.Overall responsibility for maintaining an accounting system.Preparation of monthly management accounts.Preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements.Preparation of annual budgets and monthly forecasts.Conduct financial reviews and review of balance sheet accounts.Manage company cashflow.Interact with auditors and respond to Internal and external audit queries.Interpretation of operating results, making specific recommendations resulting in cost reductions and profit improvements for Executive Management Evaluation and consideration.Assume the responsibility for the correct and accurate accounting classification of all expenditures and documents including capital and others.Responsible for the internal accounting and administrative controls to ensure that all transactions are handled correctly.Responsible for the calculation and administration of all statutory taxes, levies and other charges.Recommend and implement techniques to improve productivity, increase effectiveness and cost saving.
