A vacancy for a Financial Manager currently exists at our client's 2 motor dealership in Polokwane. Reporting to the Dealer Principal the successful candidate will be responsible an array of duties.
KEY OUTPUTS
• Preparation and analysis of Management accounts.
• Timeous preparation and implementation of budgets.
• Preparation of forecasts.
• Completion of relevant statutory returns.
• Oversee internal audits at the Dealership.
• Bank reconciliation.
• Issuing and posting of cashbook payments.
• Prepare and submit monthly reports timeously and accurately.
• Monthly reconciliation of General Ledger.
• Control petty cash.
• Ability to identify financial risks and implement solutions.
• Monitor current controls and report non-conformances immediately.
• Able to implement policies and procedures.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS
• Business and financial acumen.
• Understanding of accounting principles.
• Good understanding of incentive scheme calculations.
• Sound knowledge of manufacturer and company requirements.
• Knowledge of governance and compliance regulations and requirements.
• Advanced knowledge of automate or similar

QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
• B Comm or relevant qualification in Accounting
• Minimum 5 years experience as an Accountant or Financial Manager within the Motor Industry
Automate/Kerridge experience
