Job Description:

Month end

Prepare loan account reconciliations and product development cost calculations

Review consolidated management accounts

High-level tax calculation

Prepare group consolidated management accounts

Year-end audit

Management of the year-end external audit requirements/deliverables/deadlines

Ensure that all financial transactions in the business are recorded in compliance with IFRS. Required to provide guidance to Subsidiaries/JV’s/Associates

Assistance / involvement with Mergers & Acquisitions

Review inter-group transactions and loan accounts

Oversee the Subsidiaries/JV’s and Associates in the business (local and foreign) and perform group consolidations

Required to provide guidance to Subsidiaries/JV’s/Associates in completing financial reporting packs

Complete group financial reporting packs for submission to a listed company

Manage all queries regarding group financial reporting pack from listed holding company in Excel

Reporting

Assist CFO in compiling the Audit and Risk Committee reporting pack and Board Meeting pack
